Quick stir fry idea: soup base?

Can you make stir fry sauce with a miso soup base (as opposed to miso paste)? Specifically, I have Miso & Easy Vegetarian Reduced Sodium. Seems like you could add a tablespoon or two to some water, add cornstarch, ginger, garlic, etc. and go with it. Will this work or will it cause a sticky mess?

My plan is to stir fry tempeh with various frozen or canned vegetables. I don't have rice wine vinegar on hand, but if this works, I wouldn't need it --

Best answer: Here's a recipe from the manufacturer's website for stir-fry broccoli with a sauce made using a couple of spoonfuls of the soup base. I have also done this with miso soup base too, with spring onions (scallions), ginger and garlic, then adding the veggies, then the miso base (slightly diluted), and right at the end the cornstarch with a little more water to make a slurry. If you add the cornstarch at the beginning, it'll make everything too sticky.

Response by poster: Thank you! I was so used to company websites being useless that I didn't even think to check it. I appreciate that!
