Help me find the name of the orginator of a method of quantum thinking

Can't remember his name. I do remember he was in his late 60's, developed this modality, did interviews on YT, wrote books and spoke at length about *finding portals in the quantum field through which you can manifest* and no this is not Joe Dispenza.
What he claimed he was able to achieve through this *quantum jumping* through the field was to be able to paint like a master, sing and write books. Anything, he basically decided this is what he wanted and so did and so succeeded.
No judgment please, if it works, if it doesn't -not important to me - just need his name if anyone can help me find.
