Massage and shopping in Rome

If I were near the Termini Station in Rome, Italy, and willing to walk and/or take a train 45 minutes in any direction, where should I go to buy interesting textiles, and/or get a massage on Saturday or Sunday?
Also, any other interesting tips for things to do or see? I’m planning to see the Villa Borghese and the money museum.
As for what I mean by textiles, go nuts! Bedding? Clothes? Men’s dress shirts? Cool dresses or skirts? Fabric by the meter? Favorite place to buy yarn for hand knitting?

Villa Spalletti Trivelli is wonderful, and quite close to Termini, but I'm not sure if their spa services are available to non-guests. I would call and check (or poke around on their website) because the services and setting are wonderful.
You didn't ask but do yourself a favor and have a meal at Rifugio Romano, which is also an easy, quick walk to the station. Best meals I've ever had in the city, traditional and creative at the same time—I never come through Rome without stopping in here at least once (and if you go there early in your stay, the staff are super chatty and friendly, they will probably be able to point you to the best local spots for textiles and massages).

Since you're into textiles, you might like this exhibit of unusual embroidered art at PostmastersROMA Gallery not far from Termini.
