Victims of Reproductive Injustice
September 3, 2022 9:18 AM
I want to compile a list of people who have experienced egregious harms within the United States because of reproductive injustice, especially the criminalization of abortion.
I am looking for cases like (for two examples) people going to prison for having miscarriages, and pregnant people dying due to lack of abortion access. This is not an exclusive list, so please take an expansive view of what kinds of cases I'm looking for. In particular, I want well-reported cases with substantial information available (newspaper articles, court proceedings, etc).
This isn't a fun topic, and spending time researching cases on my own is pretty emotionally taxing. I'm hoping that you all can help me compile this list. Thanks.

Since you're looking for an expansive view, is forced sterilization relevant?
