Indoor Rowing 101: online, one-to-one class focused on technique

Looking for a service or personal recommendations for beginner rowing classes/coaches, online, with one-to-one contact with a trainer so they can directly and instantly help with my technique and form. I'm also in Canada.
Just got a new rowing machine and I'm very excited to start. I'm also very excited to not injure myself. I know there's resources for self-teaching proper form, but as someone who's had back injuries in the past, I'd rather take the more careful route of enlisting the help of a coach.
* I'm interested in an online-based class, and one where the coach can focus solely on me for the allotted time, and instantly correct my form if there are issues.
* I read a comment that it's better to find a coach who's had experience actually rowing on the water/crew, as they're more attentive to form than usual gym-goers?
* I'm envisioning short-term help - weekly classes just for a few months to make sure that proper form is engraved in my brain.
* I'm in Canada, so I'm open to anyone/service who accepts Canadian Dollars.
There's lots of people offering their services online so I'm looking for personal recommendations - if you know/were taught by a great coach who's open to offering online classes for a month or so, I'm all ears.
The services I'm seeing online seem to focus on developing long-term training programs, which feels like step 2 when I'm on step 1. Dark Horse Rowing is recommended everywhere, but it looks you can only get direct critique of individual form by uploading videos of yourself first, and then there's a bit of a wait for their certified coaches to comment. I'd rather start with a direct one-to-one class once a week to focus solely on form first.
