Motorised rotating phone/camera mount

I'm looking for a specific kind of motorised mobile phone mount, of the rotating kind.
This seems to be hard to search for, or it might not even exist. In a nutshell, I'd like to mount a mobile phone - either vertically or horizontally - on a motorised base that slowly revolves automatically. Presumably the base would be mounted on a tripod or stand (which need not be included). My intention is to create a smooth, slow 360 panning video of a performance (with the phone at the centre of the stage). Does such a thing exist? Preferably under $/£50....
