I want the best escape room to take my teens.

I want to go to an amazingly well done escape room. It needs to be with 3 hours of Central Mass.
We've gone to Boda Borg in Malden a handful of times, and absolutely love it.

Yeah, boda Borg is good too, level 99 is a bit closer, newer, but the same idea. Your kids would probably like either so feel free to compare price, location, etc.

Boda Borg and Level99 are not traditional escape rooms, and if that's what you're hankering for, you will probably have a lot of fun, but still have your hankering unaddressed.
I haven't played it, but Boxaroo's Storyteller's Secret was voted one of the top 50 rooms in the world in late 2020 in The Top Escape Rooms Project Enthusiasts' Choice Awards, in which a bunch of enthusiasts who've played tons of escape rooms all choose their favorites (lots of the best are in Europe), and then a bunch of complex math coalates out all the various and conflicting opinions into a single coherent list. The Storyteller's Secret wasn't eligible in 2021, due to being temporarily closed the entire year, but they are open again now, and are undoubtedly one of the very top escape rooms on East Coast.

Teens LOVE level 99 gaming, which is something special and not available other places in the USA. Plus there's a bar and stuff. I recommend non-peak times for less "wait".
If you take the weekend trip to Boston, here is my list:
Boxaroo (all rooms, but especially storytellers secret)
Boda borg (With at least 3?)
Level 99 (With Group?)
Red fox (the heist) 10/10, uboat (requires 4p)
Trapology (only okay, crush depth, steampunk, drunk tank)
Room escapers (panacea, pirate room)
escape the room Boston (clock tower)
Further away:
Salem rooms (Ferry to Salem MA, breakout in Woburn.)
RI riddle room (rooms recommended strongly by one guy)
Curious escape rooms
The gate escape (observatory one guys favorite rooms) (a few other recos)
