Yoko Ono's Voice Piece for Soprano

Yoko Ono wrote Voice Piece for Soprano in 1961. I've read Grapefruit and am familiar with her instruction pieces. However, I've been trying to find out more specific info about this piece. Most of my search results refer to the more recent MOMA exhibition, but I'm looking for information about her writing it or performing it before then, as well as anything she may have said about it. I am not looking for analysis of it, just history.
