Marrying an Organization Chart with a Marketing Plan matrix

I have a chart I need help organizing. It's going to help me create/refine a marketing plan for an upcoming book. The plan I created feels like it made connections and included aspects that might not be correct or that I might not need. So I created the chart to understand relationships but I'm not sure its correct either. I wanted to post it and see if I could get help refining it, so I can create a better marketing plan based on it. You can find the chart here
I understand that not all relationships are straight line. Some that I show maybe shouldn't be and vice versa. I need to know where to spend my time and resources. After creating two marketing plans in two years based on on-line templates, I'm frustrated. I'm not sure I understand what does and doesn't need to be included and how they fit. I think I have all of the major elements. I just need help seeing the most logical pathways between the audience and the way to reach them. Do these pathways make sense?
