Seeking examples of romantic horror movies where the protagonist and the antagonist fall in love with each other at some point during the course of the film. Romance should be a significant plot element, even if it all ends in bloodshed. Thanks!

If you classify Heathers as horror, it qualifies.

Get Out. Well, at least one of them thought it was love.

It's a TV show, not a movie, but it SO fits I have to mention it: Hannibal

Let the Right One In (the original)
Warm Bodies
The Shape of Water (may not be as horror but it does get bloody)

Honeymoon is a well-done twist on this. Directed by a woman, Leigh Janiak, it's about a deeply in-love newlywed couple who go to the wife's family cabin after the wedding, where very strange things start happening and their love gets...let's say severely tested. Great writing and acting and smart things to say about newlywed anxiety, romance and body horror.

The Lost Boys if you, like me, believe that the film's primary romance arc was between Michael and David, not Michael and Star.
