Where can I find a 3 flag desk holder?

I just got started working at a company that has founders from 3 different countries. One of them asked me to see if something like this exists already or it can be custom made elsewhere. Any ideas? Maybe custom Etsy order?

A while ago I ordered some miniature desk flags for each state my wife and I have lived in from along with a stand to hold them all from miniatureflagshop.com. They were reasonably priced and look pretty spiffy together!
