Does such a Chrome extension exist? Reloading pages

I use a web app at work which, for various reasons, logs me out after ~5 minutes of inactivity. Logging in takes at least a minute, which, over the days & weeks, adds up. Snowflake-y requirements inside...

Is there a Chrome extension that will a) simply reload a tab if b) n minutes have elapsed AND the tab isn't focussed?

I've used Super Auto Refresh with good results. You can set the time interval to your liking.

Bear in mind that deliberately bypassing a security feature at work could get you in trouble. What you are doing is easily detectable in the server logs.
