Importing Bookmarks into Del.icio.us?

Importing bookmarks into Del.icio.us? Is this feature coming back?
I just switched over to Firefox and have started using del.icio.us as well. I want to load all my many bookmarks from my XP laptop into del.icio.us, but for two weeks at least that feature has been disabled, with a message "Our import feature has been turned off for a few days while we fix some bugs. Sorry!"
Is the import feature coming back? Is there another way to load my bookmarks en masse? I am antsy to get this done as I need to return the laptop to my employer pretty soon.

I've used the del.icio.us j-loader to do this. It takes some time, but it just worked.

I imagine it could be to avert link spam. That said, del.icio.us has had appeared to have some scalability and reliability problems lately, so it could be that.

If you run out of time, just save a copy of your firefox bookmarks file (bookmarks.html in your Firefox profile folder)
On Windows XP/2000, the path is usuallyposted by misterbrandt at 8:22 PM on January 13, 2006%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\
, where xxxxxxxx is a random string of 8 characters. Just browse toC:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
and the rest should be obvious.

Not the OP, but I started using the j-loader, and it is much to long a process if you have as many bookmarks as I do. Is there anything similar that helps with tagging as all; that is, one which at least suggests the "popular tags"?

The del.icio.us j-loader worked! I don't bookmark a lot, but it imported about 200 bookmarks in three batches of 60-80. Now I have to tag them... Thanks Jessamyn!

I emailed them a while back to ask about the feature and someone got back to me giving me a "we're not sure when this feature will be up, but we are working on it."
Of course, that was before Yahoo bought them :).
