Ikea Kimsta / Poang Cover

My very old Kimsta needs a new cushion. The Poang long ago replaced the Kimsta, but it is slightly different (at least the newer ones are). Does anyone know if Poang replacement covers will fit the old Kimsta style?
I assume they will given they slip onto the top of the chair (and don't bother with where the arms insert), but would prefer to know for sure before plunking down that much cash (no I'm not going to make one myself).
