Quick help with Photoshop

I don't have access to my computer with photoshop and am looking to edit an image that I've uploaded here
Could someone here help me recreate the first image by swapping out the lion image (keeping the crown) for Pochettino's face and swapping out the text beneath it as well? I can do so on Preview, but can't see how to keep the background color from the original. Thank you for any assistance!
