Shop open in Krakow past 6pm where I can buy chargers
July 9, 2016 5:24 AM
I just arrived in Krakow from Australia. My luggage did not. Insurance will cover replacement of everything if it hasn't turned up after 8 hours, which will be 5pm. I desperately need clean clothes, a laptop charger (Acer) and a phone charger before tomorrow as I am teaching a workshop. Have located places for clothes open until 10pm. What about the chargers? I am in the Old Town.
I'm asking here rather than googling all afternoon to preserve my last remaining battery life as much as possible. So I won't check in here again until 5pm (two and a half hours from now.)

There's a Saturn near the old town. Opens at 9 AM. They definitely have chargers.

You got the perfect answer above but also check out the tourist information center in the airport for more tips.
Welcome to Poland!

I've heard anecdotally that often times hotels have a big cache of leftover chargers from previous guests leaving them behind. If all else fails, perhaps check with your or another big hotel for one that might work? Best of luck!

Thank you! Saturn did have what I needed and it was in the same mall I'd already identified as best option for clothing replacement.
