Can you identify this Hallmark artist from the 1980s?

I received this poster a long time ago, sometime in the 1980s or 1990s. I remember seeing a lot of this artist’s work during that time, but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen anything new from him or her. Thanks!
I can't find your poster, but it does look like it might be by Mary Hamilton (NYT article about her). Here's a post about a book she illustrated, "God is Everywhere," that has a similar theme. Looking at her art work online, it is similar, at least. For example, look at the "scrunchy eyes" on the mice here. Though much smaller in scope, this one seems to have a very similar vibe to your image.
She retired in 2015 [PDF], and it makes sense that she would have probably been slowing it down a bit previous to that, which would explain seeing fewer of her works.

Yes, that looks like it might be the artist I'm looking for. Thanks!
