What specific damage could President Trump do?

Say you're a megalomaniacal psychopath and the presidency of the world's most powerful country has inexplicably fallen into your stumpy hands. What tangible harmful policies could you enact on your own?
Let's assume for the purposes of this question that Trump is elected but Congress remains divided, and that he doesn't have broad support in the House. Let's also exclude less tangible damage of the kind he's already been inflicting on the public sphere, even if -- as in the case of legitimizing racism -- it has tangible, terrible effects on people's lives. I'm asking about policies. Many of Trump's policy ideas are impracticable, obviously unconstitutional, or just self-contradictory. What could he actually cause to happen as President? Supreme Count appointments are obviously near the top of the list, what else?
