I want to flirt online. Where do you go to do that now?

I really have the urge for some no-strings, anonymous, online flirting. Gender isn't an issue. I just want to find a place where people can be flirtatious and naughty and it's just all good, clean fun. I know that Chatroulette used to be the place for this, but it seems to be nothing but bots now. Where do people go to just flirt and talk dirty and have no-strings fun? Video is fine, but text-only (or audio-only) is fine too.
