Fix my Hover-over Text in Chrome

Sometime yesterday, something changed with my hover-over text in Chrome, where while it used to bring up the attributes wherever my curser was, now if displays them instead at the top of my screen. I don't know WHY I hate this, I just know that I want to change it back and can't discern how. Macbook Air running Yosemite. Thanks!

Best answer: At the risk of this being obvious... Have you quit and restarted Chrome? Have you restarted your computer? This could very well be just something funky happening by accident.

Response by poster: No, I'm dumb and used to having to adjust chrome and OSX settings. That was it. consider this resolved. Thank you!
