What's the title of this book about Valentine's Day crafts?

It was aimed at kids, probably published between the mid-1970s and the mid-80s.

This feels like a long shot but I would love to find this book again. I spent so much of my childhood checking this particular book out of my school library—in Ontario, Canada—pouring over its pages. If you have any ideas or leads, please let me know! All I remember is that it was filled with crafts and instructions, and lots of pictures, for making cards and other Valentine's Day goodies. (Possibly it focussed on other holidays too, but I only remember the Valentine's crafts.) I think it must have been published in the early 1980s. Definitely not past 1985 or 1986. Thanks!

Best answer: Yes, that is a long shot! There are lots of books published on Valentine's day crafts each year. If you go to your local library and look in J745 you will see them. Sometimes the older ones are reprinted (or the library is loathe to weed them). If you had any more info (illustration style?) maybe I could help? (Source, attended Ontario elementary school in seventies/eighties, was librarian in Ontario elementary schools in nineties that had lots of Valentine's Day crafts books from the eighties).

Response by poster: Thanks, SaucySault! I will definitely follow your suggestion to go to the library and look in J745. I had no idea so many Valentine's Crafts book were published! I really don't remember much about the book, except for my obsession with it. It was illustrated, not photographs, I'm pretty sure of that. It's the kind of thing where I think if I saw the cover, I'd know it in a flash, but I don't have any other useful details, alals.

Response by poster: I think it might have had a Victorian flavour, if that makes any sense—a kind of Victorian flourish?

Victorian as in use a lot of paper dollies? Kathy Ross's books have been reprinted several times but I believe they originated in the eighties. Wait a couple of weeks for the book to be returned before you check!
