That last panel looks like this view of Gibraltar.

I have spent entirely too many minutes researching this now and it's pretty much driving me nuts. It's some sort of panel hinge bracelet, obviously, and I got the best results on searching 'travel panel bracelet'. That last panel is definitely Gibraltar and if anyone recognizes the other vistas we may be able to come closer to an ID. Question--is it metal or wood? Is there any possible way to take a clearer close up of each panel?

My guess is that it is just different views of Gibraltar. This could be the third link.
