Looks like one of those Chrome guys' girlfriends

When you go to a website in Chrome, there's a flash of the default white non-website before the website itself loads. I've figured out how to change the default colors of the website itself (there's an app for that), but not for that first flash. Or for popups, evidently (thank you MeFi for giving me the opportunity to learn that now!). That white screen before the page loads is not only blinding, but also often triggers both facial pain and migraines. I'd really like it to be darker - anything would help, dark gray or black preferred. Help?

As far as I know this would involve setting a user stylesheet, but it appears Chromium has removed support for them. For what it's worth, I was able to remove the white flash in Firefox by making a user stylesheet and adding the following CSS:

body { background-color: #000!important; }
