Digitize My Lab Log?

Is there an easy way to track hours, tasks or projected completed, and also be able to add notes in a single app?
I am a graduate student working on several different long term and short term projects for different PIs. I currently have a pen and paper notebook in which I jot down what tasks I completed that day, new tasks that I have yet to complete, and little notes to myself. I sometimes use Wunderlist to make to-do lists and set reminders for myself, although I'm not super consistent about it. I also use Hours Keeper to keep track of the hours I work for each project (for timecard purposes). I have an iPhone, iPad, and Macbook, and I would ideally like to use one app that I could access on all three devices.
