Women's custom clothing maker?

There's a website that I found once but can't for the life of me find again that makes . . . like, custom basics? T-shirts, skirts, dresses, that sort of thing. All solid colors, sort of American Apparel-y. You can choose the fabric they use. One is a bamboo jersey, but there are 3 or 4 others. They MAY have an etsy shop, but what I found was a standalone website. What is it?? Have you seen it??
