Is Encyclopaedia Britannica available as an Android app?

I've got an Android phone. I'd like to get Encyclopaedia Britannica as an Android app. Does it still exist?
I know it's available as an iOS app (download is free, access to content is $20/year).
It looks like there's a concise version available for Android, but I'm looking for an app with the full text, not short versions.

Response by poster: Thanks, rokusan. Makes sense that Britannica would focus on iOS first, given its popularity in schools. I guess they don't have the revenue to develop and support an Android app for the complete version.
I was confused by this 2011 article, which is referring to the concise version.
I looked into other Android encyclopedia apps, but they appear to be either repackaging Wikipedia, or more specialized.
Guess I'll look into getting a subscription to Britannica Online (about $70/year). As long as I'm connected to the Internet, I'll be able to access it via a browser.

The complete version only lists iOS, OSX and Windows versions. No Android or Linux.
