What do you spend on clothes?

I am wondering what people spend on clothes - I want to know what's normal or excessive for my own budget. I'd like to know both the ballpark on a yearly basis and on a per-garment basis (like, what do you think a dress shirt, or skirt, or shoes or dress should cost). It would help if you mentioned your gender, since that affects a lot what you are supposed to wear and how you are judged for it.
