Display program output, require password for keyboard (Microsoft)

We've got some computers that run monitoring software that we'd like to remain visible. We also want to lock these computers so they require a password if someone wants to use the keyboard/mouse. Turning on the lock screen satisfies the second requirement, but not the first. Turning it off satisfies the first, but not the second... Does anyone know of anything that will do what we want?

Here are seven solutions. (note the 8th solution mentioned is the lock screen, which does not meet your requirements).

How about using a wireless keyboard and mouse, and locking those up in a cabinet or something? Or are you worried about people actually walking up and plugging in their own keyboard?

Turn off Bluetooth, use a locked-up keyboard and mouse, disable the screensaver.

When I worked at a museum, we used SiteKiosk to keep computers locked to a certain website and require a password to do anything else. It worked really well for us.
