Questions for Elem Teachers in the Tri-Cities, WA

I am thinking of moving to the Tri-Cities and as a teacher who has been teaching in the same district for way too many years I am a bit nervous about finding a new teaching position. It has been a long time since I've gone through an interview.... ;) What info and help can you offer?
What I'm hoping is that other teachers in Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick can fill me in on some of the particulars of their schools, such as curriculum, how supportive admin is, and what job opportunities are out there that haven't been posted yet. I prefer to teach grades 3-5, but am open to other positions as well. MeMail would be great if you want to talk personally.
