Fashionable Mens' Pants For Dudes With A Little Extra?

I've gained a little weight and Express (my go-to semi-dressy pant) doesn't make pants in my new waist size. What other brands should I be looking at?
Since starting a desk job a couple of years ago, I've put on a little weight. I used to comfortably wear 36-waist pants, now it's a "squeeze into it" sort of thing. I'm actively working to lose a bit of weight, but in the mean time, I need to deal with what I've got. I've found some nice jeans that look/feel OK, but don't have a clue for semi-dress pants. I used to wear Dockers and whatnot, but that was 6 or 7 years ago, when I was notably more fashion-backwards. What's a sensible 30 year old software developer on the west coast to do?
My current wardrobe is mostly 36-34, and that's workable in some fits of Levis, but not Express. I should probably be looking at 38-34, or 36-34 that runs large(r and/or stretchier than Express).

Dockers makes the Alpha, which is entirely acceptable aesthetically.
I also like Uniqlo, though I haven't tried their dress pants. But I'm sure they're good.

I started buying clothing from them actually on a recommendation from someone here on AskMe.
They make great clothes. They do cost a little more, but I find the quality excellent and the customer service really great. The fits and sizing are accurate, and a cursory look at the site seems to indicate they have your sizes.
Plus they have a coupon for new customers, and a promo going on right now.
