Wanted! Red wagon! Red wagon! (well, actually a sled)

Quality sled for a 10 month old, will need to be shipped to another state, Amazon Prime a plus but not a dealbreaker, Santa messed up my original plans!
My great-nephew, aged 10 months, has every toy and kid item imaginable. It is intimidating to look at photos of his environment (not met him, yet). I scour the photos on FB with a magnifying glass to see if there is something that has been overlooked but ... no, there are even books that I gave his 30 year old Dad during my first run at being an Aunt.
Then I thought: they live in a snowy place! And somewhere in a catalog I can no longer find, I saw a red wagon that converts from sled to a wagon with wheels. I was excited!
I checked with the parental units (PUs) and that d@mn Santa was bringing a wagon on wheels BUT ... seemed like a sled might be an option per the PUs.
Any suggestions for a safe, cool sled for a 10 month old (seems like a big, healthy kid) with extraordinarily safety, environmentally conscious parents (not that I'm otherwise, I'm just holiday'd out at the moment).
I would need to ship to another state, Amazon prime would be cool but not essential; and, truly it has been 22 years since I've shopped for something for this age group so ... if the hive mind could help, any ideas/ links appreciated.
I still think the sled to wheels idea was a good one but .. what do I know, I'm not a parent. Many thanks!

Our little guy got a red wagon for which you can purchase skis to put on instead of the tires; my parents ordered it from Toys R Us. With that said, it's rated for 2 years and up. I'm not too worried about putting my walking/running/fully operational 16-month-old in it, but I would have been when he was 10 months old.

I don't think a 10 month old can appreciate a sled, so get him whatever, but when he's older get him a real sled. I was always bummed when I had a lesser sled and others had flexible flyers.

My son had his dad's real sled. Metal runners make them go very, very fast. The LL Bean sled is excellent.
