Where can I buy gold-plated cutlery?

A recent episode of Gastropod convinced me that I should get some gold-plated cutlery as a present for a friend (it supposedly makes certain foods taste nicer). I haven't had any luck finding cutlery in the UK from the usual trustworthy department stores, so now I'm willing to widen the search to other UK stores and also online stores in the US.
There's a bunch on Ebay, for a lot less than the above-linked sets.
But I notice that large second-hand stores or semi-antique stores always have a bunch of these available. That source might be cheaper than the high-end brand-new options, but better quality than what's on Ebay. Chances are a secondhand store set was hardly ever used except on a holidays.

Randomly, I considered buying this very affordable set at Lulu and Georgia over the weekend; $100. I'm pretty sure that first time visitors to the website usually get 15% off too.
