Can someone help me create an account online? (I am in China)

I am in China and registration just does not work. I tried with a proxy (otherwise I would not even see the google captcha). I called customer service but they were not very helpful ("If you can't register then you won't be able to download).
If someone behind the other side of the great Chinese firewall would be so kind to register an account for me (EMail available per PM) then I would really appreciate this.
