Double check my calculus 2 assignment and tell me if I'm crazy.

Here [imgur] is the image of my assignment. I've already corrected my professor's typos where n should be k (I think). When I start expanding the series to show what he says to prove, I'm not getting what he says its true. Can you verify this?

I wrote down h2n and hn and I don't see where things will cancel out to equal s2n. Can you help me verify that it's not true? Or if it is, could you tell me what I'm doign wrong?
