I'm looking for a career counselor in the Seattle area, one with experience helping women returning to the workforce. I want someone to help me long-term with moving into a career I can love, probably at a nonprofit. Recommendations?

Friends of mine who have used something similar have ended up with people who called themselves "coaches" or "life coaches". That might be a useful term to use in helping you find the right person.

I've had a good experience with Sara Lawson at Shorthand Consulting. I think she'd satisfy at least some of your criteria, and I believe they do a complimentary initial consult. Good luck!
