So who is healthier?

My workplace offers standard blood workup as a benefit of our insurance. Today some of us were comparing our results and using our admittedly amateur knowledge to discuss which person was the healthiest just based on the lab results. So who you think would be the healthiest given these results?

Me: Diabetic who started treatment at early onset with current A1C of 5.5. It was 5.3 last year so dr lowered dosage of metformin. Blood glucose 92. Cholesterol 144, HDL 61, LDL 51 (down from 102 last year). I take cholesterol med because cholesterol was running about 200 for a couple of years previously. About 20-30 pound overweight but fairly active, not necessarily on a structured diet or exercise program but I do try to watch what I eat as far as calories, get out for a walk, play with the grand kids, etc. Age in lower 50s. Female.

Other two coworkers, both with similar test results to each other and habits: A1C about 6.5, blood glucose about 120, cholesterol about 200-220, HDL around 45-50, LDL about 100. Neither take cholesterol meds but are very, very careful about diet and exercise, especially eating low fat diets and lots of greens, etc. Exercise about 2-3 times per week including light weights and some cardio. Both female in late 50s. Both very adamant about not wanting to take medication because they feel it's bad for the liver.

We won't even discuss the fourth coworker with the cholesterol of 350+ who refuses to see a dr about it!

So just based of this information (I know they are lots of other factors that could make a difference), who would be considered healthier? Me, who is somewhat overweight but with much better numbers because I use medication to treat high blood sugar and high cholesterol, or my coworkers who are of normal weight with worse numbers, better diet and exercise, but don't feel they need to treat with medication?

This is not really about being wrong or right. I doubt any of us will change what we are doing much, and I probably won't even share your answers. I'm just curious.
