Could you please help me identify this bread?

i don't know the name of it, but it's very holey inside and good. It's a country bread--whitish--and the crust has a stronger taste than paler breads.

Looks like a large pain de seigle--basically a boule of french rye. It's on their menu here [pdf].

I think it's the pain de seigle, one of their specialties.
