Software / sites for creating product pitch videos?

I'm looking to create a short video (~30 seconds), to explain and promote a smartphone app/game. Both time and budget are quite limited.

Google reveals sites such as goanimate.com and wideo.com, which look promising, but I'd love to get recommendations from the hive mind.

What are the best websites/software that we can use to easily create fun, quirky, informative animation videos?
