Configurable soundfont player on old iPad

I'm looking for an app for my 1st gen iPad (iOS 5) that can play soundfonts and respond to a USB midi keyboard plugged in via the Camera Connection Kit. Ideally I could also set it up to fade between two different soundfonts via the keyboard's mod wheel (perhaps by mapping it as a pan control). Is there such a thing?
I've found Bs16i (requires ios7) and energyxt (can't find any documentation that it works with USB midi, so it probably doesn't.)

Interesting idea! But I'm hoping for a solution that runs entirely on the iPad.
