Where in Ireland is this?

My cousin is trying to track down the exact location shown in this photo. The photo is about 20 years old, and was taken somewhere in Ireland.
I think it's the Gap of Dunloe, although it's not taken from the regular tourist picture spot (which is on the side of the road, so if they were hiking it would look different). There are a million photos online to refresh your cousins memory. The area also features a neat stone bridge they might remember photographing.
If that isn't it try searching "Gap Co. Killarney" or something. It's definitely A gap, just no sure which gap.

The mountain profile and river curve are identical - Moll's Gap it is. Thank you!
