Card carrying members

I need to find resources to produce a small batch of membership cards for my club.
As the newly-elected clerk of my club, it was brought to my attention that the by laws state that we should all have membership cards. We currently have no membership cards. Where on the Internet can I get some cards produced?
They should be semi-durable, sized to fit in a wallet, and semi-customized; each one needs the member's name and some other pertinent personal info on it. I also need to generate new cards on an irregular basis as new members join (maybe two or three a year).
They don't need to be terribly fancy, but having legible text over a background image would be nice. I need about twenty of them upfront, so the run is going to be small. Where can I get these done up easily and relatively cheaply?

This is so few I think you should make them yourself either with your own equipment or at a Kinko's. Depending on what you mean by semi-durable, you can buy printable perforated business card sheets or if you want to get fancy Kinko's can laminate them for you as well.
I am a member of the College Art Association (CAA) which runs the national conference in my field, and my membership card for that is a dinky paper business card. Ditto my insurance cards.

There's perforated card stock that comes in 8½*11 that you can feed through any standard printer. It can then be separated into 10 business cards. If you have Word, there are standard templates which can be used to create text to print on them. Of course you could print both sides if you wanted.
If you have Word, there are standard templates which contain cells that line up with the cards in the printer. Instructions are included in the package.

I'd print on your preferred color of card stock, and laminate using clear packing tape. Kind of time-consuming, but for 20 - 25 pieces, probably about as time consuming as ordering. Also, if you laminate them yourself, you can get stickers to spiff them up. Otherwise Moo cards or

How about using one of the online business-card printers like Vistaprint? You could get pretty much any design you like on a wallet-sized card; just leave a blank line to enter the new member's name and info.

I'd either make up, or get made at Moo or Vistaprint some blank cards with lines for the info you need and then just hand write them in. You can get small laminating pouches that are business card sized, or get the whole sheet laminated and then just cut them out. I'd get a page or 2 extra and then you can just cut them out and fill them in as you get new members.
