Help a team get some stuff done.

I need to find a to-do/productive/teamwork app with a fairly specific feature set. It has to be...
* iOS compatible (preferably w/ a native app)
* collaborative
* priority-based (drag and drop in order of priority or at least a point system)
VERY nice to have:
* IE8 compatible (I know...ugh.)
* native Android app
* free
To give a little more context -- this is to organize features for a new web application w/ non-tech people. Ideally, anyone on the team would be able to add/edit features, add notes, etc., then anyone else would be able to prioritize. It's the IE8 part that makes this really difficult -- unfortunately, that's the browser the boss has access to, although he's willing to potentially use his iPhone/iPad.
We already have a Basecamp account, so if that's the answer, that's okay, but it's not really what I had in mind.
Thanks!

Seconding Trello. Easy to use, apps across the iOS spectrum, plus browser-based (not sure about IE8 because... you know). Has the features you seem to want.

Oh, duh! I use Trello for personal stuff...don't know why I didn't think about it here. That sounds like a potentially great solution.
