What's this movie: genetic engineering gone wrong, set in an office

I saw a trailer a while (1,2 years?) ago. The plot had something to do with either a company or research project that had gone wrong. Genetically messed-up creatures and people were roaming around inside an office block. In the trailer, a guy is at the photocopier, and a large, human-faced spider thingy creeps up behind him.
I can't recall whether this was a Hollywood movie or an indie production. I can't even recall whether it was supposed to be funny or not!
It's definitely not Splice. Gattacca didn't have any spiders in it.
Any ideas? It's one of those "I can't sleep til I find out what it's called" situations!

Sounds vaguely like the end of Cabin in the Woods; I think there was a photocopier "look out behind you!" gag in that scene.

Best answer: I know what this is but I can't remember what it's called. It's a short film (rather than a trailer I think) set in the UK in the near future. Right at the start there's one of the creatures out in the street in London, surrounded by police cars, and some power-armoured spec-ops types rappel out of a helicopter and shoot the creature with tranquillisers. There's also scenes of a scientist reporting to an MP about the effects of the black market genetic drugs that people have been buying on the internet and that cause these side effects (mutations into horrible creatures) in a small percentage of the population.

Best answer: I saw this short also; supposedly will be made into feature-length film eventually.
