Gay Celebrity Gamers

Please help me compile a list of openly gay video game players who are celebrities, influencers, or otherwise successful in their own industries.

I'm looking for musicians, actors, directors, others in the creative industry, as well as CEOs, writers, spokespeople, bloggers, and just about anyone who is respected in their industry or community.

I'm not sure if you count trans as gay, but Scarlett is one of the best starcraft players in the world.

I suspect Charlie Jane Anders would count as a video game player. (The trans thing is worth clarifying, too - Seraphina Brennan and Jessica Mulligan spring to mind as openly trans game developers, but I have no idea who they generally sleep with. Also, what about bi folks?)

(It occurs to me that while I know a ton of gay video game developers, I have no idea how out any of them are, so I am waiting for my social media feeds to get back to me on that one.)

Not sure if this counts as celebrity enough, but Todd Harper (twitter, blog) is a gay academic who studies gay culture in gaming. Check out his game "A Closed World". Pretty sure he's working on a book.
