Can you help me in the search for *good* products of any category?

We all have those "tried and true" products that work as advertised. They are our favorite things. They actually are hard to come by these days. There's a lot of crap out there -- or stuff that doesn't work as advertised. My question is: can you help me accumulate quality products that actually work as advertised? What are your favorite things? Across the board. This could be a great collection of just amazing stuff.
Some of my favorite things include:
* Sennheiser HD555 headphones. They sound great and are super durable.
* My iPad3. I use it every day, constantly. It has very few problems.
* under armor boxer briefs. I do a lot of outdoor adventuring and I wear these all the time with never any discomfort. Always dry. i never chafe on long hikes. They're comfortable in any setting
* Jetboil Zip Stove -- for boiling water on the trail there's nothing better.
* Aeropress - brew the perfect cup.
