replacement for a non standard tap cartridge

What is the replacement for this ceramic tap cartridge? http://www.imgur.com/2RtXj.jpeg We cant find at B and Q, the sticking point seems to be that the upper part is 25mm from the shoulder instead of 30. This is in the UK.
