Grade Four Math Software

What is some good grade-four math software for a child who is comfortable using his computer?
Just what it says. Every summer, my son works on lessons for the upcoming year. This year I would like to avoid using paper and let him work on his computer, since he find it inherently enjoyable.
What I'm looking for: a software package that has clear explanations and a lot of drills. Preferably with some clever exercises and problems (he already has times tables software). It would be best if it can be stored entirely on his computer: no constantly necessary online component.
Paid software or free isn't the issue. I'm just looking for some something that he can use, with some instruction, on his PC (he has an ASUS notebook, Windows 7 Soooperlite, so anything that is really graphics or processing intensive wouldn't work).

Our elementary school had a trial to Math Whizz which is an online math tutor that my son enjoyed. It's a UK company so the only issue for us was a few Britishisms (we're in the U.S.) but the progression was done well and it wasn't graphics intensive. I don't know if it's available where you are.

There is always Khan Academy. Lots of videos, lots of drills.

There's always the classic Math Blaster. I liked it, though it was a little slow/easy for me when I had it (but that was 15+ years ago).
There's a bit of a backlash against Khan Academy going on. For example.

If you try googling terms like "summer bridge", "math maintenance" or "summer tutoring", in addition to "fourth grade software" it might help your search. Good luck!
