Economy of Mandate Palestine

Are there any, good, books (or peer reviewed articles?) on the economics of Mandate Palestine including original Jewish immigration before the British mandate? I'm interested in the comparative development of the immigrated Israeli and indigenous Arab populous, as well as all the relevant, important tidbits: rates and causality of forced landlessness, Arab immigration from outside Palestine, etc.

Have you tried the Palestine-Israel Journal of Politics, Economics and Culture? It's a peer-reviewed journal that might have some good information.
