Frogger arcade ROMs dissasembled and commented?

Any chance of getting my hands on a well-documented and commented code disassembly of the original Frogger arcade game?

Your best bet would be to get in touch with the emulation community. I'd start with the MAME team.

Mame is a decent way to start. The mame drivers will tell you what the io did and the memory map.

Good luck though, I used to own a frogger and there were tons of revs of the hardware, some vastly different and many pirated versions. About the only thing in common was that they ran on a z-80.

Thanks! My aim is to do a relatively small mod to an emulated Frogger game, but it'll be a lot easier with source code. I'll ask around on MAME forums.
