Help with Charlotte Mason educational philosophy.

Anyone have tips on interviewing at a Charlotte Mason-based school?

I am a new teacher and I have an interview set up at a school whose educational framework and philosophy are based on the work of Charlotte Mason. I have been reading some books about her approach, but I would love to hear some interviewing tips from people who may already be working in schools using her methods.

Specifics:
- Although Mason was Christian, this particular school is not religious.
- I would like to hear more about what the school day is like for older, middle school and high school, students.
- Any tips on lesson planning and also on "narration" would be appreciated.

Thanks so much.

You might have some luck doing a search for Charlotte Mason and homeschooling. I think it's a fairly popular type of HSing and you might get some insights there on how it works for the older grades.
